See the attached url:

<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.clubcobra.com" target="_blank">http://www.clubcobra.com</a>

Do not post the question as stated below, instead, do a search of the
last 90 days worth of postings. As for your second question, see the
Consumer Watch section of that forum, then go to Cobracountry and do a
search of their "preditors and Editors" listings.

Best kit for what? Drag racing, road course, cones, originality?
Lots of good choices. I chose Factory Five Racing for a variety of
reasons. Go to <a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.ffcobra.com" target="_blank">www.ffcobra.com</a> and do a search about this. The answers
there are a bit biased, of course, since everybody owns an FFR. But it
will give you some ideas.
Classic Motor Carriages is still around. But they change names
often. The state of FL is a haven for those companies.

Sorry, different name, same Florida based games...When a company changes
names every few years, you have to wonder.............Let the buyer
beware, no matter what name the company now has, the bad reputation and
game playing remains the same.

Yes, you were lucky. I know of at least five people who ordered their
kits within the last year that have joined together in a lawsuit against
the company.

Recently I saw a few notes about Kirkham Motors.

<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.kirkhammotorsports.com/home.cfm" target="_blank">http://www.kirkhammotorsports.com/home.cfm</a>

Their kits look HOT. But, of course, they are also VERY expensive.

They supply an ALL Aluminum Body and tubular steel frame. (I believe
that at least the body shell is imported from Poland).

Kirkham will sell you as many or as few accessories as you want to go
with your kit (and you can afford).

Of course, I don't have that kind of time or cash to shell out, so
unfortunately, I don't have one!!!

You can always pick up a kit that was started and not finished through
ebaymotors. Here's the replica pages. There's even a kirkham motor
sports one for sale from kirkham. I seem to remember that they regularly
auction off their kits.

The Kirkham is probably the only true replica of the AC Cobra....much
more true to the original even than the cars built by the current
owners of the AC name in the UK. It even has a round-tube,
ladder-frame chassis just like the one designed by John Tojeiro for
the original Tojeiro Bristol all those years ago. (Incidentally, this
car is still raced regularly - and successfully - in UK historic
events.)

Just as an FYI for you folks looking at a Kirkham......They are the
exclusive supplies (at this time) to Shelby for his aluminum
continuation series CSX4000 automobiles..........You cannot get a closer
aluminum bodied replica than the Kirkham...................

If fiberglass is more to your tastes, Shelby is coming out with a "turn
key minus" CSX4000 series for $39,995 to compete with Superformance.
Both kits produced in South Africa.
